Event Guidelines

  • Room temperature is weather dependent.

  • We usually take twenty minutes of refreshment time about halfway through a workshop.

  • Be timely: Start and end the session on time, take brief breaks, and be ready to start when breaks are over.

  • Only one conversation will go on at once (unless subgroups are working on a topic). Respect whoever is speaking. Don’t take part in side conversations. Listen and ask clarifying questions.

  • Cut to the chase.

  • Respect differences. ‰

  • Don't discount the ideas of others. ‰

  • Be supportive rather than judgmental.

  • Recording devices, cameras, cell-phones, etc can distract from the event, therefore, we request you don’t use any of these during the workshop. Keep phones on silent or vibrate mode during the session.

  • Must be 18 years of age to attend a workshop.

  • Each room has a predetermined capacity; therefore, in order to assist us in maintaining that legal capacity, please register prior to the event. We do offer pay-at-door registrations (if the event is not sold out) however, we are unable to guarantee the availability of seats.

  • We retain the right to ask anyone to leave the workshop at any time for making others feel uncomfortable, for being distracting, or for any other reason.

  • Cancellation Policies can be read here.
