Begin each day in a state of calm, clarity, and connection. Combining breath, gentle qigong-inspired movement, and an immersive soundscape, this practice helps regulate the nervous system, awaken the body, and create a grounded, receptive state for the day ahead. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
An immersive experience designed to support deep integration and release. Through guided grounding, reflective awareness, and a carefully curated soundscape, the session gently builds into intuitive movement—creating space to let go, play, express, and reconnect with a sense of freedom and vitality. Please wear loose comfortable clothing.
Peter will lead us through a simple partner exercise indoors. No need to bring or wear anything special other than comfortable clothing. (No we will not be swimming.)

A simple hand held item like a pastry or piece of fruit that you can grab and take with you on your short walk to the Morning Resonance Session. There will also be coffee and tea served.
As much as we love children, this retreat is intentionally created as an adult-only space to allow for deep presence, reflection, and meaningful connection. We’ve found that a quiet, uninterrupted environment best supports the experience we hope to offer each participant.
